Practice at home with the guidance and support you need. We'll flow through the Ashtanga 1/2 Primary. All classes are held on Zoom.us. We suggest you use a yoga mat. No other props are required but blocks and straps can be helpful. Prop substitutions: For blocks, soup cans can help 'raise the floor' in poses like triangle For straps, towels or belts can help extend your reach Classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm Pacific Time (GMT -7)
