This is not a yoga class. We move through a consistent routine of basic stretches to improve mobility and flexibility. Props needed (but not requires) include: - foam roller -2 yoga blocks - wrist weights (2 to 5 pounds) - sliders (on carpet) or towels (on hardwood)
