Overview

On this Yoga Retreat in Sardinia, we will enjoy yoga asana and meditation classes and workshops. We’ll spend our time exploring the area on a tour or with free time to discover the beauty of Sardinia. Our group excursions include an authentic Sardinian cooking class and a tour to see the rich history of the island and unique landscape. Enjoy this unique itinerary for fun in the sun on Sardegna’s infamous coast, and exquisite Sardinian cuisine. Don’t miss out. This is a very small and intimate retreat. Nadine started practicing yoga to relax. While working 12 hour days and traveling over 100K miles per year, yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her creative career.  She started teaching to help,others find a healthy balance in life. She has always integrated her consistent practice of Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga in her teaching.  Her love of circus training and Aerial Arts supports a strong and vibrant practice and safe teaching. She provides clear and concise direction to help take your practice to the next level. When she’s not traveling the world teaching workshops and retreats, you can find her in San Francisco, California.

This very spacious, charming rooms are on the ground floor or on the upper floors. The style of the rooms is typical of Sardinia. Some have views of the river others have overlook the courtyard and square. A king size bed available for single occupancy. Queen plus twin size beds for double occupancy.
Alghero

Alghero

Located on the first floor, the Superior rooms all have large windows with views over the Gulf of Capo Caccia. Every room comes complete with its own en suite bathroom.  Approximately 269 square feet, these rooms are great for single occupancy, but spacious enough for a comfortable roommate set up. A queen size bed available for single or double occupancy.

No. It's easy to get to and from the airport. You can find taxis or public transit to get to the first hotel in Bosa. You can arrange a pick up in Alghero or take public transit back to the airport.
