Nadine Johnson is a San Francisco native who started practicing yoga to relax while working 12 hour days and traveling 100K+ miles per year. Yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in my career. She started teaching to help others discover what she had: a healthier body, healthier mind and a more loving and honest approach to life. Nadine is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 certified teacher who has completed trainings with Clayton Horton at Greenpath Yoga, David Swenson, YogaWorks and Urban Zen. Alana Lee began her journey in movement at the age of 3 with dance which then evolved into gymnastic, diving, cheerleading & partner acrobatics. Alana has been teaching movement for over 20 years to all ages & levels. She has led workshops in Yoga & Fitness all over the world and is certified in 20 different formats & modalities. In her spare time, she plays violin in a band & she performs partner acrobatics & AcroYoga all over the world. After twelve years instructing at high-end gyms, corporations & studios in Los Angeles & San Francisco, she co-founded High Frequency Loft in Taos, NM. Her joy is sharing her passion for mind-body awareness with others & helping to make the world a better place one deep breath at a time.
Maia Adams’s first relationship with movement started through gymnastics at the age of 7 and a variety of athletics from then on. Discovering the vast spectrum of different movement practices have been the key for her own balance and development throughout life. A Dedicated yogi for 10 years, she holds certification in vinyasa yoga and has trained aerial, contortion, acrobatics and hand balancing for the past 6 years in the Bay area with her focus on aerial silk performance. Stephanie Bailey is an aerial contortionist with endless passion for movement and connection. She’s a co-creator of Suspended Motion Aerial Arts in San Luis Obispo, California. She’s currently based in San Francisco. Stephanie is a member of the Vau de Vire Society and placed as 2nd Runner-Up in the inaugural U.S. Aerial Championship in New York City in February of 2015.
