Overview

End you day with conscious relaxation. Each pose is fully supported on props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, chairs or a combinations. Each class involves long holds in well-supported poses. Expect to visit 3-5 poses during the class with some movement designed to increase mobility and range. All classes are held on Zoom.us. We suggest you use a yoga mat. This is a donation based class.
