This ancient city has it all from Roman ruins to museums dedicated to the Modernists Picasso and Miró. Finding serenity in an urban setting seems quixotic. This retreat is for all who live with the modern stress of living in the city and even in the countryside. Once we leave Barcelona, our time in Lloret de Mar will fully support the distressing process while enjoying Costa Brava. We'll focus on integrating yoga into our everyday habits in simple and powerful ways that can be life changing.

Nadine started practicing yoga to relax. While working 12 hour days and traveling over 100K miles per year, yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her creative career.  She started teaching to help,others find a healthy balance in life. She has always integrated her consistent practice of Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga in her teaching.  Her love of circus training and Aerial Arts supports a strong and vibrant practice and safe teaching. She provides clear and concise direction to help take your practice to the next level. When she’s not traveling the world teaching workshops and retreats, you can find her in San Francisco, California.

Day 1

After checking in and settling into your room, we'll have an anti jet lag yoga session and welcome dinner.

Day 2

You'll have free time after breakfast to explore the city. Our 2 hour yoga workshop will include asana and philosophy of integrating yoga into everyday life and dinner together.

Day 3

after breakfast we will enjoy a  yoga workshop.  The after includes free time to visit the amazing museums and art scene Barcelona is famous for.  We’ll meet for dinner to end the day together.

After breakfast, our yoga session will energize the body followed by a little free time. We'll enjoy a market walk to shop for our authentic Spanish cooking class.  We’ll share the meal we create together.

Day 5

After breakfast, we'll leave the city to head up the coast to Lloret de Mar.  After check in, we’ll enjoy a Yang to Yin yoga session. Afterwards, you have free time and we will meet for dinner together.

After breakfast, take some free time to enjoy the sun.  Our 2hr yoga session will focus on a Restorative practice that we can take home.  We can share any insights or questions during dinner together.
