Nadine Johnson
Nadine started practicing yoga to relax. While working 12 hour days and traveling over 100K miles per year, yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her creative career. She started teaching to help,others find a healthy balance in life. She has always integrated her consistent practice of Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga in her teaching. Her love of circus training and Aerial Arts supports a strong and vibrant practice and safe teaching. She provides clear and concise direction to help take your practice to the next level. When she’s not traveling the world teaching workshops and retreats, you can find her in San Francisco, California.

DAY 1
Day 1
We'll meet at Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA) for group transport to the ocean oasis.
After checking in and settling into your room, we'll have an anti jet lag yoga session and welcome dinner.
DAY 2
Day 2
You'll have free time after breakfast to enjoy the tranquility. Our 2 hour yoga workshop will include asana and philosophy of integrating yoga into everyday life and dinner together. The evening ends with Restorative yoga.
DAY 3
Day 3
Before breakfast we will enjoy a yoga class. The afternoon includes a cultural walk through the local town. We’ll meet for dinner to end the day together with Restorative yoga.
DAY 4
Day 4
We'll have a vinyasa yoga session before breakfast. Afterwards, you have free time to enjoy the beach. Surf lessons and massages are available for an additional cost. We will meet for dinner together followed by Restorative yoga.
DAY 5
Day 5
Our morning yoga session will energize the body followed by breakfast and a little free time to enjoy the beach. We'll enjoy an authentic Nicaraguan cooking class. We’ll share the meal we create together. The evening ends with Restorative yoga.
DAY 6
Day 6
Morning yoga and after breakfast take some free time to enjoy the sun. Our 2hr yoga session will focus on a Restorative practice that we can take home. We can share any insights or questions during dinner together.
DAY 7
Day 7
One last breakfast together before we say goodbye to this amazing resort and head to the airport together.

Trip Tips
Airport Transfer (Day 1)
Make sure to arrive at Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA) and clear customs by 2:00pm on October 24 so we can travel together to the resort. If you cannot make it at that time, we can arrange a private transfer at an additional cost of $40USD
Weather
Bring sunscreen but October is the end of rainy season and expect a 30% chance of rain during the week. The average high is about 85 ° F and the average lows are 71 °F.

Always go your gut and what seems best for the way that you like to travel. American Airlines, United, Copa and Avianca offer the best deals right now. Past students have even used frequent flier miles!
Passport requirements
