Nadine Johnson

Nadine started practicing yoga to relax. While working 12 hour days and traveling over 100K miles per year, yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her creative career. She started teaching to help,others find a healthy balance in life. She has always integrated her consistent practice of Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga in her teaching. Her love of circus training and Aerial Arts supports a strong and vibrant practice and safe teaching. She provides clear and concise direction to help take your practice to the next level. When she’s not traveling the world teaching workshops and retreats, you can find her in San Francisco, California.

After checking in and settling into your room, we'll have an anti jet lag yoga session and welcome dinner.

We'll enjoy morning yoga and breakfast. Afterwards free time is scheduled to settle into the relaxed pace of Lloret de Mar. After dinner, we'll have a restorative yoga session

We'll enjoy morning yoga and breakfast. We'll explore the area with a guided tour and learn more about the history of Costa Brava. We’ll meet for dinner to end the day together with a restorative yoga session.

Trip Tips

Airport & Transfer

Fly into Barcelona (BCN) and take the train to Lloret de Mar. The ride is about 1 1/2 hours and costs around $10 each way. Trains run every 30 minutes.

Props

Props are not included at this location. Please bring your yoga mat, blacks, straps and anything you prefer such as an eye pillow.

You'll Be Staying Here

Lloret de Mar

With a view of the Mediterranean sea, this room is 269 sq ft. and features a balcony, soundproofing and air conditioning. It comes with with free WiFi, a satellite TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Double bed or twin beds available.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the center of Lloret de Mar and across the road from the beach..
